Privacy Policy

In order to comply with the new General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on 25th May 2018, we have updated our privacy policy.  This policy sets out how we, Revival Dry Cleaners Ltd, obtain, store and use your personal information.

It is our policy to collect as little personal data from our customers as possible that is sufficient to locate you in our till system.  The information that we hold about you is for our benefit only and is not shared with any third party.  The only time we will contact you is if we have a query with your garment or need to remind you to collect your items.  Your information is stored on our till but can only be accessed by dual passwords.  The details may also be accessed on the company laptop which is password controlled, as is the program to access the details held on the till.  Our paper copy of your garment ticket which shows your details is retained by us for six months in a locked cupboard and then destroyed by shredding.
